This Privacy Policy describes how WukongDojo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use WukongDojo.AI (the “Service”). By using the Service you also agree to our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account information. The email address and basic profile fields (such as username and display name) returned by your single-sign-on provider when you sign in.
- Agent definitions. The agents you build, including their names, descriptions, system prompts, model and pricing configuration, and any knowledge files you attach.
- Conversation history.Messages exchanged between you (or your invitees) and your agents. We store these so that agents have memory, so you can review past sessions, and so we can compute per-conversation usage and costs. WukongDojo is an expert-services marketplace: when you chat with an agent built by another user, the builder is acting in a role similar to a consultant, coach, or therapist. The builder of that agent can read the full conversation and can see your username, display name, and conversation metadata (timestamps, message counts, and any earnings the conversation generated for them) on their agent-management and billing surfaces. The builder does not see your email address. You can delete any conversation at any time from your chat history, which removes it from the builder's view as well as your own. If you do not want a specific builder to see who you are, do not chat with their agent under a signed-in account.
- Billing information. Your Stripe customer ID, wallet balance, top-up history, subscription status, and ledger of charges. We do not store full card numbers; payment instruments are handled by Stripe.
- Share-link invitations. When you share an agent via a tokened link, we record the recipient email you entered, the token, who clicked it, and the resulting access grants. We use this to enforce invitee limits and to prevent abuse.
- Operational data. Request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, route), error reports, and rate-limit counters. We retain these for a limited time for security and debugging.
2. How we use the information
- To authenticate you and operate your account.
- To run your agents, including transmitting prompts and conversation history to the third-party LLM providers you have chosen.
- To process payments, bill LLM usage, manage your wallet, and calculate revenue share for public paid agents.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links if applicable, share-link invitations, billing receipts, security alerts, and material policy changes). We do not send marketing email.
- To enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To aggregate, de-identify, and analyze platform usage for operational and product improvement. We do not read the contents of your agents or your conversations for product improvement, model training, or market analysis.
3. Third-party processors
We share information with the following service providers, each under their own terms and privacy policies, only as needed to run the Service:
- OpenRouter— routes LLM calls to the underlying provider you selected. Prompts, conversation history, and configuration are sent through OpenRouter to the destination model.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other model providers — receive your prompts and conversation history (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. Their handling of that content is governed by their respective policies.
- Stripe— processes payments, subscriptions, and wallet top-ups, and stores payment instruments.
- Cloudflare— hosts our application, edge, and email infrastructure, and provides DDoS protection.
- MailChannels and Resend— deliver transactional email such as share-link invitations and receipts.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors.
4. Builder content and end-user data
Agents you create belong to you. We do not read their contents for product improvement, model training, or market analysis. When end users (your invitees or public visitors) interact with one of your agents, the messages they send belong to them. As the builder, you have access to the full conversation history and aggregate analytics for every chat on agents you own; you are responsible for handling that data lawfully, including under GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, and other applicable frameworks where they apply to you.
WukongDojo is an expert-services marketplace. Builders publish agents as an extension of their professional practice — as consultants, coaches, therapists, tutors, advisors, and similar experts. When you use an agent built by another user, the builder can read your conversations with it and can see your username, display name, and conversation metadata (timestamps, message counts, and earnings generated) on their agent-management and billing surfaces. The builder does not see your email address. Builders may use this access to improve their agent, follow up with you in their professional capacity, or run their practice (analogous to a consultant reviewing their client session history), and remain bound by Section 4 of our Terms and by applicable law in their handling of the information. You can delete any conversation at any time from your chat history; deletion removes it from the builder's view as well as your own. Do not share information with an agent that you would not want its builder to see. If you require anonymity from a specific builder, do not chat with that builder's agent under a signed-in account.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a single first-party session cookie (a signed JWT) to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics, marketing, or cross-site-tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies; doing so will sign you out and may break parts of the Service.
6. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, access controls, encryption at rest where supported, row-level isolation between accounts, and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. When you delete an agent, its content is removed from the live database. When you close your account, your personal data is deleted or de-identified, subject to the retention requirements above and to backups that age out on a rolling schedule.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information (by closing your account in-product, or by writing to us).
- Export a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@wukongdojo.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure and processors operate globally. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and may be announced in-product. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
